TeacherTube Embedded URL

A TeacherTube Embedded URL is the web address for a video uploaded on TeacherTube that includes the coding necessary for including the video in StoryTubes web pages.  This will allow other viewers - including contest judges - to view your video.

To find the correct URL:

  1. Go to the video viewing page for your video - e.g., http://www.teachertube.com/view_video.php?viewkey=666a81e155c504c0c921.
     

  2. Scroll down to the "embed video" section in the righthand column and click in the box for "Embeddable w/ Video Search" (circled in red below):

  1. Copy the link by opening the Edit menu of your browser and selecting the Copy option (circled in red below):

  1. Go to the StoryTubes Entry Form - i.e., http://www.storytubes.info/entry_form.html - and select TeacherTube as the Type of Entry.  Then, click in the box for TeacherTube Video URL (circled in red below):

 

  1. Paste the link by opening the Edit menu of your browser and selecting the Paste option (circled in red below):

  1. The resulting screen should look like this (note: TeacherTube Video URL box circled in red):
